Quick answer and first checks
Use a visitor-accessible booking page and a confirmed map destination. Converly can present these links among contact options; that does not mean the app manages the calendar or payment process.
- Test booking access while signed out
- Confirm the map points to the right branch
- Measure clicks separately from completed bookings

Prepare visitor-facing destinations
Copy the full address of the page where visitors can actually make a booking. Do not use a private dashboard URL. For directions, have the business confirm the map pin and branch. Avoid publishing a private address that is not intended for visitors.
As a hypothetical example, a studio might offer “See appointment times” and “Get directions”. The first opens the reservation page; the second opens the verified map location. Neither needs to lead to a generic chat conversation.
Add links in a clear sequence
- Open the booking page while signed out to check that visitors can reach it.
- Attach the verified full web address to a linkable Wix button or text element.
- Add the location as a separate choice. Name the branch if the business has several locations.
- Test returning to the site after a new tab or an external app opens.
- Check the booking provider’s confirmation after completing a test journey. A contact-button click is not a reservation.
What Converly adds
Converly’s product information includes booking and location links among its contact channels. A link provides access to another service; it does not imply that Converly calculates availability or processes payment. Check destination fields and mobile presentation in your installed version before publishing.
Common questions
Why does the map open in a different application?
The device’s installed apps and preferences can affect this behaviour. Test the same link on another phone and desktop. Keep a readable location or service-area description on the page so visitors have another way to understand where you operate.
Do online-only businesses need a map button?
No. If you do not receive physical visitors, a meeting or support link is more appropriate. Keep only actions you actually offer, rather than adding an unrelated map destination to fill the menu.
