Quick answer and first checks
In Studio Editor, attach a wa.me destination to a linkable button. Enter the international number without a plus sign or spaces. A suggested message can prefill the conversation; the visitor decides whether to send it. Test on the published site using a phone.
- Prepare an international digits-only number
- Connect the button to the correct wa.me link
- Check mobile placement and the receiving account

The simplest WhatsApp link
In Studio Editor, add a button and choose a web-address link. Example template:
https://wa.me/COUNTRYCODENUMBER?text=Hello
Replace COUNTRYCODENUMBER with your international digits-only number. Remove formatting and the national trunk prefix. Save, then check the receiving account on the published site. The visitor must send the suggested message.
Add a prefilled message
A short prefilled message helps visitors start the conversation faster. Keep it useful and neutral instead of forcing a long sales message.
Think beyond a single channel
Some visitors prefer phone, email, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram. A compact multi-channel launcher can reduce interface clutter compared with several separate floating buttons.
When Converly makes sense
Converly is Vebixo Studio’s contact and social launcher for Wix. It brings WhatsApp and other contact channels into one configurable visitor button.
Performance and accessibility
Use a lightweight button, clear accessible labels and a target size that works on touch screens. Avoid loading large chat libraries when a simple link or compact launcher can do the job.
For the product scope and limitations, see Converly.
