1. Support channel

Our primary support email is supportvebixo@gmail.com. Include the app name and a short summary of the issue.

2. What to include

Where possible, include the app name, relevant Wix site URL, app instance/installation ID if available, the step where the problem occurs, expected versus actual result, a screenshot, and browser/device information. This helps technical investigation.

3. Do not send secrets

We do not need your Wix password, email password, private API keys, payment-card data or other sensitive credentials for support. Do not send such information by email.

4. Security reports

If you identify a potential security or unauthorized-access issue, email supportvebixo@gmail.com with “SECURITY” in the subject line. Include only the minimum technical details needed to reproduce the issue and avoid unnecessarily sharing sensitive personal data.

5. Support scope

Support covers existing app functionality, installation, Wix integration, configuration and troubleshooting. Custom development, new features or integrations with additional systems may be handled as a separate project.
