Terms of Use – Wix Apps

1. Scope

These terms apply to Wix apps, app dashboards, site components, integrations, support and related digital services provided by Vebixo Studio. Wix services are separately governed by Wix’s own terms and policies.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must have a valid Wix account and the necessary authority over the site where the app is installed. You are responsible for the security of your account, access credentials and app settings. Do not send passwords, API keys or other secrets in support requests.

3. App license

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended functionality for yourself or your business. You may not reverse engineer, extract source code, make unauthorized copies, or bypass security controls except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Wix permissions and integrations

An app may request access to Wix APIs and permission scopes required for specific features. Permissions vary by app. You can review them in the Wix installation or permissions flow. Refusing or later revoking a required permission may prevent some features from working.

5. User-provided content and settings

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of text, links, phone numbers, email addresses, business hours, departments, routing rules and other settings you enter into the app, and for having the rights needed to use them. You may not use the app for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive or rights-infringing content or activity.

6. Visitor notices and consent

As the Wix site owner, you are responsible for providing any privacy notices, cookie/consent mechanisms and disclosures required for your visitors. If the app links visitors to third-party communications or services, those third-party terms and privacy rules continue to apply.

7. Third-party services

The app may connect to Wix or third-party services such as WhatsApp, Meta services, email, maps, booking tools or other providers. Their availability, policies and service changes are outside Vebixo Studio’s control. You are responsible for complying with their applicable terms.

8. Paid plans and billing

If an app offers a paid plan or subscription, current pricing, billing period, trial conditions, renewal and cancellation details are shown in the Wix App Market or applicable purchase flow. Payments made through Wix may be subject to Wix billing processes. If you have a separate custom-development or business-services agreement with us, that agreement may govern the relevant fees instead.

9. Support and documentation

For support, use our App Support page or email supportvebixo@gmail.com. Support may include reasonable troubleshooting, installation guidance and help with existing features. Unless a separate service-level agreement (SLA) applies, we do not promise a specific response or resolution time.

10. Updates, changes and availability

We may update, modify or discontinue app features for security, performance, legal, Wix-platform or product-development reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, although we aim to provide a reliable and supportable service.

11. Intellectual property

The app, design, brand assets, software, documentation and content created by Vebixo Studio are owned by Vebixo Studio or the applicable rights holder. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. “Wix” and related marks belong to Wix.com Ltd. or their respective owners. Vebixo Studio is an independent developer and does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by Wix unless expressly stated.

12. Privacy and data protection

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an “as available” basis. Vebixo Studio is not responsible for consequences caused by third-party service outages, user misconfiguration, Wix-platform changes or events outside our reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

14. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or ended if these terms are violated, a security risk exists, the app is abused, a legal obligation requires action, or the app is discontinued. You may stop using the app by uninstalling it through Wix. Retention and deletion are handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

15. Governing law and mandatory rights

Subject to any mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply to you, these terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any non-waivable rights you have under the laws of your country remain unaffected.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as product, legal or platform requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. Where appropriate, additional notice may be provided for material changes.
