Data Deletion Request – Wix Apps

1. Uninstall the app

If you no longer use the app, you can first uninstall it from your Wix dashboard. This may stop future app access, but it does not necessarily mean every limited technical record disappears immediately where retention is needed for security, backups or legal obligations.

2. How to submit a request

Email supportvebixo@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request – Wix App”. Include the app name, relevant Wix site URL, app instance/installation ID if available, and the type of data you want deleted, corrected or accessed.

3. Identity and authorization verification

To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify that you have authority over the relevant Wix site or app installation. Do not send passwords, private keys or payment information.

4. Scope of deletion

For a verified request, personal data and app-configuration information that we hold and are not required to retain may be deleted, anonymized or made inaccessible. Limited information may be retained for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution or fraud prevention for the applicable retention period.

5. Timing

We aim to handle verified requests without undue delay and within the time limits required by applicable law. We may contact you if additional verification or clarification is needed.

6. Third-party services

Data sent or redirected to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Meta services, email, booking tools or other providers may also exist in those providers’ systems. You may need to use the relevant provider’s own deletion process for that data.
